Specialist - AI Program OfficeScicom, AI Enterprise Solutions
Bridging people, operations and AI.
I work between the specialists and the decision-makers on enterprise AI initiatives: clarifying requirements, connecting stakeholders and securing what teams need so the work keeps moving.
What I do
Each of these is common on its own. Together they describe someone who sits between technical teams, operations and leadership and keeps complex AI work moving. Choose one to see the evidence.
Bridging people, operations & AI
01 / 05
Requirements, dependencies, documentation and follow-through across multi-team AI work, so developers and specialists can stay on their specialist work.

02 / 05
A developing specialisation, built from inside AI delivery rather than from the sidelines.
Evidence
Documents I work on
03 / 05
Years of running real operations before AI: stock, suppliers, fulfilment, reporting and the processes that hold them together.
Evidence
04 / 05
Rooted in hospitality: understanding what different people need, and helping technical and non-technical colleagues understand each other.
Evidence
05 / 05
I learn by building. Outside my formal role I use AI-assisted tools to turn ideas into working digital products.

How I work
Complex projects rarely stall because nobody is working. They stall because information, people, resources and decisions are disconnected.
What a project starts with
What I do
Clarify
Turn loose requests into documented requirements every team reads the same way.
Connect
Find who owns each dependency and put the right people in the same conversation.
Coordinate
Keep parallel workstreams, actions and documents visible and in step.
Unblock
Chase the approvals, assets, access and answers a specialist would otherwise lose days chasing.
Deliver
Follow through until the loop is closed and the work can move on.
What the team gets
I don't replace the specialists. I help create the conditions in which they can do their best work.

How I got here
Nothing was left behind. Each stage added a capability the next one needed, and the current role draws on all of them at once.
What I have done
Each case follows the same shape: the challenge, my part in it, and what came out. Client details are sanitised, and no confidential documents, systems or data are shown.
What I build
Personal projects built with AI-assisted development tools. I own the idea, the structure, the content and the decisions; AI tools do much of the coding. They show how I learn, not a claim to be a software engineer.

What others say
He’s easy to work with, quick to pick up new skills, and always eager to dive into new challenges. What really sets him apart is how supportive he is with the team, always there to help and keep things positive.
I was often impressed by his ability to step in and rally the team during challenging periods within our company. He has a friendly and outgoing disposition as well as a professional work ethic.
He is a great team player and team leader. … I believe he will excel and survive in any given harsh environment.
