Their whole life, kept in one place.

A Chronicle is a living tribute to someone you love: their story, their photographs, and the voices of the people around them, on one page your whole family can open, from anywhere in the world.

Most of us wait too long to ask.

  • Where did your father grow up?
  • How did your parents really meet?
  • What were they afraid of at twenty-five?

Most families can't answer all three. In one UK survey, more than two-thirds of adults said they regret not asking their grandparents about their lives before it was too late. The stories go quietly. The photographs end up in a drawer, or in a phone nobody opens.

A Chronicle is how you ask, and how you keep the answers.

Not a website. An heirloom.

A Chronicle tells one life in chapters, the way you'd tell it at a family dinner. Press Listen and it reads itself aloud while the photographs move with the words. It's built for the people who were there, and for the grandchildren who weren't.

What goes inside

The story

Their life in chapters, from where they began to who they became.

The timeline

Work, moves and milestones, in order, with the places that mattered.

The photographs

Every image restored, captioned and dated, developing on the page as you read.

The voices

Professional narration, and if the family wishes, a loved one's own voice reading their letter.

The notes

Messages from family and friends, printed as they wrote them.

The family tree

Everyone connected, and room for the next Chronicle.

Nothing is invented.

Not a quote, a date, an award or a memory. If we don't know something, it stays unknown, rather than becoming a pleasant guess. Every fact is confirmed by the family. Voices are only used with written consent. Every photograph can be public or private, and the whole Chronicle can sit behind a password.

Four steps. You send stories. We do the rest.

  1. Talk

A call to understand who they are and what the occasion is.

  2. Gather

You collect photographs, dates and messages, using a simple checklist.

  3. Build

We write, design, narrate and check every fact with you.

  4. Open

On the day, you share one link. The family owns it forever.
